Warehousing

The Melbourne Market boasts more than 93,000 square metres of warehousing, allowing businesses to consolidate their operations on-site and reduce handling, transport and labour costs. Each Warehouse has been built within a pad to accommodate outdoor space for parking, loading and deliveries. Internally, warehouses are divided into separately leased units of varying size.

Warehouse 5-7

Warehouses 5-7 are operated by the Melbourne Market Authority (MMA). Warehouse leases are in high demand, so the MMA keeps a waitlist of prospective tenants via expression of interest (EOI).
