Water at the Melbourne Market and National Flower Centre is managed by the Melbourne Market Authority.

Fruit and vegetable stores

Fruit and vegetable store holders at the Melbourne Market are equipped with water supply that is managed by the Melbourne Market Authority. Usage is recorded via an individual store meter linked to the business management system. The MMA will issue a monthly or quarterly invoice for usage, as well as a nominal service and supply charge. Fruit and vegetable stands do not have access to water supply

National Flower Centre stands

Access to running water and hoses for middle stands is available to all National Flower Centre stand holders at no additional cost.
